-Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every piece is shaped by hand, so the curves, weaves, threads, and details vary slightly, giving each earring, macrame, crochet art its own unquie character. That is what makes them so special.
-How much is shipping and handling?
S&H in the United States is $6.
-How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. The reason why it would take longer is due to my blindness, I am unable to drive myself to post office so I must rely on others. I just want to be upfront on the possible 7 days but more than likely it would be less!
Standard shipping is what is used. Please allow 3-5 business days to arrive after order has been processed.
-Are there taxes?
Yes. Taxes along with S&H will be calculated at checkout.
-What are the jewelry pieces made of?
Currently I work with "bare copper" and "silver plated copper".
-Will the copper jewelry tarnish?
YES. Because its natural reaction to oxygen and water is to darken. Many artists use a solution to dip their pieces into that immediately tarnishes their pieces, preventing the pieces from continuing their darkening process. I personally do not usually do this and enjoy seeing the process naturally tarnish. These pieces may be cleaned using jewelry polishing cloth, and using methods like baking soda and lemon.
-What is your return & exchange policy?
As a small business owner who does everything by hand, I do my very best to make sure my pieces are the BEST. Unfortunately, because of expenses and cost on my end, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact me within 7-14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and I will gladly make it right.Items must be unused and in original condition.

We collect your email and shipping address when you place an order. Your email is used for order updates ONLY—we won't add you to marketing emails unless you choose to subscribe. We share your shipping info with USPS to deliver your order. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit our site. We keep your order info for 7 years for tax purposes. Questions?

We can cancel any order for any reason and will refund you if we do. Not sure why but I have to write a policy so here goes.....
Prices may change at anytime, but you pay what's shown at checkout. All of my art photos are copyrighted—please don't steal them.
We're not responsible if your package gets lost after we ship it. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of our control. If there's a problem, email us and we'll work it out together
